EB-3 Visa Requirements

EB-3 Skilled Workers

EB-3 Professionals

• Education and experience cannot replace the requirement for a baccalaureate degree.

EB-3 Other Workers

• Applicants must show proficiency in performing unskilled labor, which necessitates less than two years of training or experience and is not temporary or seasonal.
• The work performed must be in a role where there are not qualified workers within the U.S.
• Additionally, applicants must comply with all other criteria outlined in the labor certification.
